Pokemon S Sketches

Last year, one of my college buddies approached me and my girlfriend about working on a Pokemon Fan Project codenamed “Pokemon S”. Yeah, he was using letters before it was official. Motherfucker is PRESCIENT.

Anyway, I did some quick concept portraits for him so he could test out elements of his HUD, my girlfriend composed some nifty little tunes, and all three of us together conceptualized a whole new region with a brand new tactical RPG battle system. And while the project eventually got shelved in favor of other work, I was always proud of the groundwork we’d laid.

So, here’s some of the stuff I drew up for Pokemon S. Hooray!
